This award-winning Beginning Piano Duet, created in 1964 by Bernard and Carolyn Shaak, is a wonderful way to introduce beginner students to the piano! Originally from Piano Partners, Book 1, this version contains the original duet music for all six variations, separate primo/secondo parts, and a stand-alone secondo page for an easier time during performances at two pianos. It also includes a “musical definitions” page, which will help new pianists to better learn the music markings, such as dynamics and articulation.
