MTNA and the National Piano Foundation Competition awarded this DVD top prize in 2001. Part 1 features 5 young pianists aged 5-8 improvising, dancing, learning to read music and playing technical exercises as an ensemble. Part 2 fast forwards 3 years later, when these students are now playing Ravel, Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, and Scriabin.
