The Events for Piano Series by Bernard Shaak is now available on the SuperScore Music App!
Watch a Shaak Piano student use the SuperScore Music App for iPad to practice playing “Spanish Dance”, the classic piano solo from the original Events for Piano – Book 1 by Bernard Shaak. “Spanish Dance” has been every student’s “favorite piece” since first learning it. In ABA form, the piece has two themes that bear a characteristic Spanish flavor and are in two different tempos. The triplet near the end imposes a little extra work.
